Goes well with lemon rice and steamed vegetables .
Ingredients
non vegetarian 6 servings
1/2 kg beef undercut ( cut into strips )
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp coarsely grounded garlic
1 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1 cup carrots jullienes
11/2 cup thinly cut cabbage
1/2 cup cut spring onions 1" pieces
1 tbsp ginger julliennes
1 (julliennes )capsicum
1 cup stock
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp heaped cornflour dissolved in 1 tbsp of water
Directions
Heat oil , add garlic and ginger then the beef and stir briskly for 5 - 10 minutes .
Then add vegetables , seasoning , chilli sasuce and stock . Cook for sometime , so that the meat is soft that is 10 minutes as we have used undercut meat so it will not take much time .
Add cornflour paste and cook till the gravy thickens.
Serve sizzling hot with rice and steaned vegetables .
