Stuffed crepes rolls

Chicken stuffing

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 cup boiled chicken
    • 1/2 cup cabbage thingily chopped
    • 1 carrot finely chopped
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp soy sauce

    For cereps

    • 3 tbsp all purpose flour
    • Pinch salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 tsp dry yeast
    • Some milk
    • 25 gm butter
    • oil for frying 


    1. Mix flour, salt, yeast, butter half and make a semi tick paste using milk
    2. Heat a non sticky pan and drop a spoon full of crepes batter
    3. Spread around to make a thin crepe.
    4. Cook both sides and left. Make remaining crepes as Filling
    5. Mix boiled chicken pieces, salt, pepper, soy sauce, carrot and cabbage well
    6. Place small portions of filling into each crepe
    7. Flip from up and down sides then left and right sides use beated egg to seal the roll
    8. Make all rolls as and then deep fry til crispy and little golden
    9. Serve with ketchup
