Its a wonderfull delight

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 litre milk
    • 6 Eggs
    • 1/2 Kg Sugar
    • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
    • 1 tsp Vanilla esence


    1. Blend eggs & bread crums for about 15 min, take it out in a bowl
    2. Blend milk adding the whole sugar for about 15 mins
    3. Mix the eggs & milk adding the vanilla esence
    4. Heat a microvave bowl adding a little sugar at its bottom
    5. When the sugar turns brown remove it from the stove
    6. Put in all the ingredients
    7. Put it in a oven, if you dont have oven then you can also put it in a pressure cooker with a air tight bowl
    8. Let it cook for about 1/2 hr in the cooker
    9. Let it cool then garnish it with bolied almonds & then put in the fridge for about 2 hrs
    10. Your mouth watering sweet dish is ready to eat



    hi amreen..nice desert...but can we put almonds in the pudding itself before cooking.......

    In microwave i think u need to keep it for about 8-10 mins .. try it


    my aunt makes this pudding, (we call it flan) and she has tried not only with vanilla, but with real fruit like strawberry, guava, also philadelphia cheese, its delicious... try it!!!

    hi raza,if u do not have a pressure cooker then u can also cook it in microwewave oven


    i stay in hostel n i dont have a pressure cooker,can i make it in ne other way


    I do make this, but we call egg pudding. it is surely very tasty and non resistant. I put this in masala ka dabba (covered) and placed in covered pot with half water filled and let it cook for 40-45 minutes.


    hi jeeny, Yeah you have to put in the water in the pressure cooker.The water should be atleast 1/2 the cooker & secondly the whistle should be used...i hope your doubts are claered..thanx


    Hi.. the recipe sounds good but i wanna ask that 1. in pressure cooker do we have to use water or just keep the bowl covered with lid directly in the cooker. 2. also should the whistle be used or without whistle cook for 1/2 an hour it wud be kind of u if u clear these doubts of mine .. thnx...
