Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1/4 kg Ladies finger (Okra)
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • salt to taste
    • 2 cups curd
    • 1 chill (red)
    • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


    1. Wash and dry bhindis(lady finger)
    2. Slice them into fine pieces.
    3. Heat oil and fry bhindis till golden brown, add more oil if needed.
    4. Meanwhile, add salt to curd and beat well.
    5. Add fried bhindis to curd.
    6. Temper with mustard seeds and chilli.
    7. Serve immediately or else bhindis will become soggy.

    usha, can make this more tastier by giving a takda of oil, rai, urad dal, hing, g.chilli, then add chopped bhindi and fry for sometime. take off gas and add beaten curds and salt.
