Royal Parotha

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 2½ cups white flour
    • 2½ tsps yeast
    • Salt
    • 3 tbsps oil
    • 1 tbsp margarine
    • 2 bunches of coriander (chopped)
    • 1 onion (finely chopped)
    • 2 green chillies (chopped)
    • warm water for dough


    1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead into soft dough with warm water.
    2. Make small balls of the dough, and roll them in  thin rotis.
    3. Roast them in tava on medium heat, applying ghee or oil on sides till crispy.
    4. Serve hot with pickle of your choice.
