Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1/2 cup besan(chana dal flour)
    • 2 drumstick
    • 1 cup onion
    • 1tsp garlic
    • 1/2tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2tsp garam masala powder
    • 2tbsp oil
    • 1/2tsp sugar
    • salt

     

      

    Directions

    1. Cut each drumstick in 3 or 4 parts wash and keep aside.
    2. Make a thin paste of besan by adding 2 cup water in 1 cup besan.
    3. Heat a kadai add finely chopped garlic,onion and stir fry until oil get seperated from onion.then add red chilli powder,garam masala,drumstick and little water and cook for 8-10 min on medium flame. When drumstick cooked then add besan,salt as per taste and sugar and stir it until besan cook and became thick. (thick as curry or dosa consistency)
    4. serve hot with rice or roti.
