Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

• 1 piece Banana, raw
• 1 tsp Turmeric, powder
• 2 tsps. Red Chilies, powder
• 1 tsp Carom Seeds
• 1 pinch Asafoetida, powder
• 3 tbsps. Gram flour
• ½ cup Onion, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• Vegetable Oil for frying

Directions

1. Pressure cook Bananas for 2 whistles.
2. Peel the skin and cut into small round pieces.
3. Add Besan, salt, Red chili, onion, ajwain, asafoetida and Turmeric powder.
4. Make a thick paste, spoon into hot oil and fry till crisp.
