Mix vegetable in rotis

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 carrots
    • 2 medium size onions (sliced)
    • 2 medium size capsicum (sliced)
    • 4 pieces of baby corns (sliced)
    • 1/2packet of mushrooms (sliced)
    • 1 medium size brocolli (green cauliflower)(small pieces)
    • 2 tsp lime juice
    • salt to taste
    • 1/4 tsp of powederd red chilly
    • a pinnch of garam masala
    • 4 adi kachi-pakki chappatis
    • 1/2 tsp of butter
    • oil for cooking

    Directions

    1. Take oil in pan
    2. Add onions, saute till it becomes light brown
    3. Then add mushroom,carrots and saute for 5 minutes on high flame 
    4. Then add baby corns and capsicum and saute for 2 minutes
    5. Then add salt, red chilly powder and garam masala and saute for 2 minutes
    6. Then add lime juice and mix it well
    7. Put the vegetable on chappatis and fold the chappatis
    8. then roast both the sides of chappatis in butter
    9. serve hot
