Cabbage Pancakes

A delicious receipe made with Rice Paste & boiled Cabbage

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 cup of Rice
    • ½ Cabbage
    • 1" Ginger
    • 4 Green Chillies
    • 2 Teaspoon Jeera
    • Salt to taste


    1. Soak the Rice for 6-7 hours.
    2. Paste the rice with Green Chillies, Ginger & Jeera.
    3. Finely cut the Cabbage & Boil till it becomes soft. 
    4. Mix the boiled cabbage & Rice paste.
    5. Add water to the batter (if necessary) to have a string consistency.
    6. Add salt to taste.
    7. Heat the tawa & grease it with oil.
    8. Pour the mixture on tawa & fry both the sides well.
    9. Serve with Coconut Chutney or Ketchup.
