White Kaju Gosht

A dish with lots of kaju

All non-veggies will love it

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 500 gms meat
    • 200 gms kaju (finely crushed)
    • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 5 green chillies (chopped)
    • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
    • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
    • 1/2 cup curd
    • 5 to 6 curry leaves
    • salt to taste
    • Oil for cooking
    • Coriander leaves for garnishing


    1. Take meat in a cooker. Add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste green chillies & 2 cups water. Pressure cook for 2-3 whistle.
    2. Take oil in a non stick pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves Then add crushed kaju & stir until kaju starts smelling. Then add curd & stir well.
    3. Add water according to the gravy consistency desired (meat stock can also be used) Add salt, meat & cook for 10 minutes.
    4. Garnish with fresh coriander
    5. Serve hot with parathas.
