Methi murg

chicken with fenugreek flavor

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 medium chicken
    • 4 onion
    • 2 tomato
    • 4 green chilly
    • 2tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 2 tbsp coriander powder
    • half cup of fresh cream
    • 3 tbsp kasuri methi
    • 1 cup yogurt
    • salt to taste

     

    Directions

    1. Marinate chicken with yogurt & salt and keep it 1 hour
    2. Heat oil, add onion and saute till it becomes till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste & tomatoes. Braise on medium heat,
    3. Add chicken ,coriander powder cover & let chicken cook on medium heat,
    4. Finally add kasuri methi , fresh cream & green chilly slices.
    5. Serve hot with parota & chappathis
