Very easy n tasty.
Ingredients
non vegetarian
4 servings
1/2 kg minced mutton
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 egg
1 tsp red chilli pwdr
1 tbsp dhania-jeera pwdr
1 tsp green chillies (chopped)
1/4 bunch coriander leaves(chpd.)
1/2 tsp ajwain seeds
1/2 tsp soda bicarb,
2 tbsp oil and
salt to taste
Oil for frying.
Directions
Wash the kheema thouroughly.
Take a piece of cotton cloth and squeeze every drop of water from the kheema.
Take a big vessel, put all the ingredients and mix very well with both the hands. Keep this for 1/2 an hour.
Make small balls and fry till brown
Serve with the chutney of your choice.
