Very easy n tasty.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/2 kg minced mutton
    • 1 tsp jeera
    • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp red chilli pwdr
    • 1 tbsp dhania-jeera pwdr
    • 1 tsp green chillies (chopped)
    • 1/4 bunch coriander leaves(chpd.)
    • 1/2 tsp ajwain seeds
    • 1/2 tsp soda bicarb,
    • 2 tbsp oil and
    • salt to taste
    • Oil for frying.

    Directions

    1. Wash the kheema thouroughly.
    2. Take a piece of cotton cloth and squeeze every drop of water from the kheema.
    3. Take a big vessel, put all the ingredients and mix very well with both the hands. Keep this for 1/2 an hour.
    4. Make small balls and fry till brown
    5. Serve with the chutney of your choice.
