1/2 cup soya sauce (can change proportion to taste)
2 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
coriander leaves
oil for cooking
Directions
Boil chicken with green chilly, ginger-garlic paste, salt & cumin seeds. Shred the chicken into strips. If water is left then put the shredded chicken into it & sustain it.
Cook rice & strain the remaining water. (don't over cook it)
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions, saute for 2 min. Now add cabbage, capsicum & tomato, saute for 5 min on high flame.Add shredded chicken & stir again.
Now add all the sauces & vinegar & salt. Add the cooked rice & mix well & cook it for 5mins
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Note:- we can also use cooked noodles for Garnishing
