Chinese murmura

a blend of onion, potato, capsicum, & cabbage

very tasty....you will love it.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1kg of Murmura
    • 1 bowl cabbage chopped into long slices
    • 3 onions sliced into thin pieces
    • 3 capsicums slices into thin pieces
    • 10 cloves of garlic chopped
    • 3 green chillies chopped
    • 2 potatoes chopped into tiny piecs
    • 4 table spoon of oil
    • 2 tsp of salt
    • 3 tsp of meat masala
    • 1 tsp of ajinomoto
    • 2 tsp of white Vinegar (sirka)
    • 1 tsp of soya sauce

     

    Directions

    1. Soak the murmura in water  for 15 mins.
    2. Put oil in pan and fry garlic, potato, onion,capcicum, cabage one after another.
    3. Then squeeze the extra water from murmura and add it to the vegies when the vegies turn brown...
    4. add salt , sirka, soya sauce, meat masala and mix well ,
    5. toss for another 3 minutes on high flame...
    6. serve hot

    Wat'z d meaning of Murmura ? Is it wat we call as meal maker ? Soya chunks

    is it necessary to put the murmuras in water, can't we mix it like we do it in normal bhel
