Eggs 2-in-1
Chinese style egg dish

Ingredients
non vegetarian
4 servings
4 eggs
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ajinomotto (MSG)
2 onions (chopped)
2 capscicum (chopped)
2 green chilli, (sliced)
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Boil the eggs
Remove the shell cut the eggs into halves
Fry the egggs til brown keep it aside
heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, chilli, tomato, capsicum
Now give salt, ajinomoto, black peper and saute it.
Saute it til all the items get fried
Now in a cup take tomato sauce, chilli sauce,and soya sauce.
Pour this on a pan and saute it for a while.
Now in a cup take 2 tsp of corn flour pour it in the pan and saute it, til the gravy thickens.
Now give the boiled eggs after 5 mins it is ready
