First soak the rice in water about 15mins.then strain water and add lemon juice to it.keep aside
in a pan add oil and add tbsp of each ginger garlic paste
Add chopped onions chopped tomatoes to it.add green chillies.add salt , 1 tsp dhania powder.when it get cooks take it aside in a plate
Again add oil to the pan and add chopped cabbage,chopped capsicum add salt, 2 tsp dhania powder. saute for 5 mins. then add grated carrot and green peas.cook for 3 more mins and keep it aside
In another pan boil water add the spices laung, dalchini, and green elaichi's outer covering.boil water til the smell of spices comes.then strain out the stock
In a pressure cooker add oil .add jeera and stir fry.add tej patta leaves,and the rice,add fresh curd and stir it.
then add the water stock til it almost doubles the volume of rice..and mix wel.add red chilli powder.dhania powder,garam masala powder and salt.mix wel
then add tomato puree
then add fresh cream
then pressure cook the rice til it gives 1 or 2 whistles
take the rice out in a kadhai.then add the cooked vegetables.
