Whole masalas (3 sticks cinnamon,3 tsp jeera, 3 to 4 pods cardamom, 6 to 7 black pepper corns)
2 tbsps ghee.
2 big onions(sliced)
1/2 cup corriander leaves.
1 tsp garam masala powder.
3 tsps green chilly paste (you can even use red)
Directions
Heat ghee in a pan,add whole masalas,and onions,saute till onion light brown.
Add chopped tomato,ginger,garlic paste,chilly paste.mix it ,braise for 2 sec, add boiled eggs, garam masala powder ,salt and corriander leaves, mix slowly to avoid breaking,lower heat ,cover and cook for 1 min,.
Remove eggs from masala and keep aside.
Put water, increase heat, when it starts boiling, add washed rice, mix it, lower the heat to medium and cook till rice almost done and water dried up.
Add eggs. mix it slowly .cover with foil and put into preheated oven till rice well cooked.
