Crispy maida ke kofte

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

    • 1/2 cup maida
    • 2 potatoes (boiled)
    • 1 green chilly n 1 onion(chopped)
    • 1 tsp sauf
    • salt
    • red chilly 3 pinch
    • garam masala 1/4 tsp
    • coriander leave
    • oil for deep fry



    1. First off all we take boiled patatoes and add red chilly powder,salt,garam masala, saunf, coriander leaves. Then mash them.
    2. Then make a dough
    3. other bowl we take 1/2 cup maida and little  water
    4. now we dip patatos balls in maida then deep fry untill golden brown
    5. now ready to eat crispy maida ke kofte
    6. serve with chutney.or sauce
