- 2 potatoes (boiled)
- 1 green chilly n 1 onion(chopped)
- 1 tsp sauf
- salt
- red chilly 3 pinch
- garam masala 1/4 tsp
- coriander leave
- oil for deep fry
Directions
- First off all we take boiled patatoes and add red chilly powder,salt,garam masala, saunf, coriander leaves. Then mash them.
- Then make a dough
- other bowl we take 1/2 cup maida and little water
- now we dip patatos balls in maida then deep fry untill golden brown
- now ready to eat crispy maida ke kofte
- serve with chutney.or sauce
