Dry Chilly Coconut chutney

Best eaten with Batada vada and Pao

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 1 cup dry grated coconut
    • 3tsp red chilly powder
    • 10 cloves garlic
    • 2 tsp lemon juice
    • salt to taste
    • 2 tsp veg oil

    Directions

    1. Blend grated coconut, red chilly powder and garlic to coarse powder.
    2. Heat oil in  pan/wok add this powder and fry a little. Add lemon juice and mix well. Now add salt to taste.
    3. Remove from heat and let it cool
    4. dry red chilly-coconut chutney is ready.
    5. Best goes with Batata(Aloo) vada and Pao.
