Dry Chilly Coconut chutney
Best eaten with Batada vada and Pao

Ingredients
vegetarian
1 servings
1 cup dry grated coconut
3tsp red chilly powder
10 cloves garlic
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
2 tsp veg oil
Directions
Blend grated coconut, red chilly powder and garlic to coarse powder.
Heat oil in pan/wok add this powder and fry a little. Add lemon juice and mix well. Now add salt to taste.
Remove from heat and let it cool
dry red chilly-coconut chutney is ready.
Best goes with Batata(Aloo) vada and Pao.
