Swiss Omelette

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings

    • 3 eggs
    • one capsicum finely chopped
    • one chopped tomato
    • one boiled potato diced
    • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
    • 1/4 tsp pinch of red chilly flakes
    • 2 tsp grated mozzarella(Pizza) cheese
    • salt and oil



    1. Whisk eggs with chilly, pepper and salt 
    2. Take a flat pan and heat the needed oil
    3. Pour half of beaten eggs and on the top of eggs spread vegetables and cheese
    4. Pour remaining beaten eggs and when set turn omelette upside down to cook form both the sides.
    5. Cook on a slow fire so that it does not get burnt.
    6. Serve hot with toast and sauce of your choice.
