Mutton Randang

Easy to make tasty to eat.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

  • 400 gms. Mutton
  • 1 no. Onion
  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper, whole
  • 10 nos. Red Chilies
  • Ajinomoto to taste
  • 10 leaves Kafir Lime Leaves
  • ½ pack Coconut Milk
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Grind together onion, garlic, jeera, peppercorns, red chillies.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the ground paste and fry.
  3. Add salt, ajinomotto, haldi.
  4. Add mutton and fry.
  5. Add coconut milk and lime leaves.
  6. Stir till curry boils.
  7. Pressure cook till mutton gets soft.
  8. Serve with steamed rice.
