Jal Jeera

A great appetizer

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 tbsp Fresh Mint paste
    • 2 tbsp Roasted Cumin seeds powder (jeera)
    • 1 tsp fresh Coriander leaves paste (Cilantro)
    • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp Dry Mango powder (amchur)
    • 1 tsp Sugar
    • 1 tsp Black Salt

    Directions

    1. In bowl mix all the ingredients together.
    2. Add 5-6 glasses of chilled water & mix well.
    3. Pour into serving glass, garnish with Mint leaves & serve chilled.
