A great appetizer
Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
2 tbsp Fresh Mint paste
2 tbsp Roasted Cumin seeds powder (jeera)
1 tsp fresh Coriander leaves paste (Cilantro)
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Dry Mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Black Salt
Directions
In bowl mix all the ingredients together.
Add 5-6 glasses of chilled water & mix well.
Pour into serving glass, garnish with Mint leaves & serve chilled.
