Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

    • 1/2 cup soaked urad dal chhilka(split)
    • 2 tsp choped onion
    • salt to taste
    • 1/4tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/4tsp garam masala powder
    • oil to fry


    1. for making vade when soaked split urad dal is washed its chhilka gets seperated. You can collect it in a sieve. let it dry for few mins.
    2. add onion, spices.
    3. mix it well and stuff this mixture in wheat flour chapati.
    4. make crispy paranthas frying both sides.
    5. Serve with butter and curd
