2 cups chicken (boiled with salt black pepper ginger garlic paste n shredded)
1 med size onion chpd
1 capsicum chpd
2 g chillies chpd
1/4 tsp black peper pwd
1 tbsp soya sauce
few drops vinegar (opt)
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 pack bread (cut the sides)
1 tsp corn flour
oil for frying
heat 2-3 tbsp oil ina pan, add onions ginger garlic paste, g chilles, salt n saute for few min.
now ad soy sauce , black pepper pwd.
add the shredded chicken n mix well
now add chpd capsicum and afew drops of vinegar . remove from fire n keep aside
beat egg, in it add 1tsp cornflour
cut da sides of bread ,dip it in water for 2-3 sec squeeze excess water
in it fill da chicken n seal it completely (making a rectangular shape)
dip it in egg n then roll it in bread crumbs keep aside for 5 min
then deep fry till golden brown ,
serve hot with tomato kethcup.
