Banana Pancake

its a perfect kid's delight

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 4 smashed ripe banana
    • 2 cups of maida
    • 1 tsp of grounded peper
    • 1 tsp of grated ginger
    • 2 tsp of sugar
    • salt to taste
    • optional- grated coconut
    • oil to shallow fry


    1. Mix all the ingredients except oil. Add little water to it a batter, which should not be too liquid or too sticky.
    2. Now in a tawa put 1 tbsp of oil and put some of the batter and spread it ,which will look like a roti .
    3. After frying the one side , fry the other side.
    4. Serve hot .
