Banana Rolls

This snack can be served with tea.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

  • 1 cup Banana, boiled and mashed
  • ¼ cup Coconut, grated
  • 3 tbsps. Sugar
  • ¼ cup Cashews, chopped and fried in ghee
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 2 drops Vanilla Extract
  • Cardamom to taste, powder
  • ½ cup All Purpose Flour
  • Vegetable Oil for frying


  1. Mix first 7 ingredients into a dough and shape into finger size 2 inches long rolls.
  2. Prepare the batter with flour and water.
  3. Mix briskly with hot vegetable shortening.
  4. Dip the rolls in the batter and deep fry.
  5. Drain when golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle powdered sugar before serving.



Diz recipe came out gud but the dough got a lil thin, so I wasn't able to make rolls, instead I made weird shapes =)


this receipes is good and can eat without sprinkled of sugar.
