1 cup Boiled Corn niblets (or 1 can of Corn niblets)
2-3 tblsp Besan (for binding)
1 big Boiled Potato (mashed)
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Red chillie powder
3-4 finely chopped Green chillies
1 tblsp chopped Mint leaves
1 tblsp chopped Cilantro (coriander leaves)
1 tblsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Vegetable Oil for frying
Directions
Finely chop the boiled Corn niblets keeping aside a handful of the niblets for later use.
Add Potato, Mint leaves, Garam masala, Green chillies, Red chilli powder, Besan, Salt & lemon juice. Mix well. Add the remaining Corn niblets. Mix well.
Take a lemon size of the mixture & make round patties.
Heat Oil in kadai on Medium heat & deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot with Mint chutney or Ketchup.
Note : Adjust Besan accordingly. These patties can also be shallow fried on a tava or grilled.
