Spicy Curd Chicken

Ingredients non vegetarian 8 servings

    • 1 kg chicken breast including legs
    • 1 1/2 cup curd
    • 1 tbsp jeera powder
    • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • salt as per taste
    • oil for frying
    • coriander leaves
    • 1 tbsp badam n kaju paste



    1. Cut the chicken pieces in between for making a gap to fill the masala
    2. in a bowl take red chilli powder, jeera powder, curd, ginger garlic paste, badam n kaju paste, add salt abd mix it together.
    3. fill the masala in the gaps of the chicken and keep it for 15-20 mins
    4. Take a frying pan and add oil to fry
    5. Shallow Fry all the pieces of chicken and let it roast for 15 mins.
    6. Chicken spicy is reay.
    7. Can garnish with coruander leaves

    Good! I tried this recipe and it came out OK. I would like to recommend using only 1 cup yogurt instead of 1 1/2 cups as it seems like there is just too much yogurt for the amount of chicken in this recipe. I'm not sure if I will be making this dish again or not. Thank you.

    the recepie is good but if we add a pinch of Gram masala powder the chicken will become more tasty...............
