A very fast and easy-to-cook recipe. This is healthy and you would be still licking your fingers after finishing. This is deep fried but tasty. Do try this recipe at home.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
One big bunch of spinach(palak)
5-6 peeled garlic flakes
3 green chillies
Wheat and channa(besan) flour
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Mint leaves if wish
Directions
Take the leaves of spinach and wash it.
Grind the spinach, mint (if you wish) garlic, chillies, salt together which will form a paste.
Take the paste out of the grinder into a bowl.
Mix the channa flour, wheat flour with the paste in the bowl.
Make the mixture into poories and deep fry them in the oil untill they start to get little brown patches.Do not burn them. (note: The frying process should be handled carefully.)
