Making paste
Take 1 small sized onion, 5-6 cloves garlic, little of ginger and 3-4 green chillies and grind them all together
Main procedure
- Boil the potatoes, peel it and cut it in medium sized pieces.
- Add oil in a kadhai, heat it and add cumin seeds n wait till it splatters.
- Add the onion-ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and saute it till it turns golden.
- Add the potatoes and all the desired spices and mis it well.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with hot rotis, puris or parathas
