Great thirst quencher in the summer

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 lemons
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 pinch cardamom powder
    • 1" ginger
    • saffron few sprigs
    • 1 litre cold water

     

    Directions

    1. squeeze juice of 2 lemons then mash the ginger slightly and squeeze the juice out of it by putting it into the cold water then strain it
    2. mix the lemon and ginger juice into the cold water then add the sugar and salt mix well then add the cardamom and saffron as well mix well.
