Quick Sprouts Salad

A very nutritious salad

Quick Italian Sprouts Salad

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 cup of Moong Daal (Green) Sprouts (Sprouts-Soak Daal for two days in wet muslin cloth in cool dark place)
    • Salt to Taste
    • 1 Lemon
    • 1 cup of chopped cabbage or lettuce
    • ½ Cucumber Chopped finely
    • ½ Onion Chopped thinly
    • 1 Ripe Tomatoes thinly chopped
    • 1 tsp of Cilantro / Dhaniya chopped finely
    • 4-5 olives finely chopped


    1. Mix all ingredients together and squeeze lemon.
    2. Add Salt and Pepper to taste
    3. Serve this Nutritious salad to everyone and stay healthy
