Quick Italian Sprouts Salad
Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
1 cup of Moong Daal (Green) Sprouts (Sprouts-Soak Daal for two days in wet muslin cloth in cool dark place)
Salt to Taste
1 Lemon
1 cup of chopped cabbage or lettuce
½ Cucumber Chopped finely
½ Onion Chopped thinly
1 Ripe Tomatoes thinly chopped
1 tsp of Cilantro / Dhaniya chopped finely
4-5 olives finely chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and squeeze lemon.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste
Serve this Nutritious salad to everyone and stay healthy
