chicken chili is famous dish. nice taste with sause. but i add garam masala powder so taste become nice please try this!
Ingredients
non vegetarian 4 servings
750 gm boneless chicken
2 big onions, chopped
3 medium size capsicum (blend)
1tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp green chili sauce
1/2 tsp aajinomoto
10 green chillies(chopped)
2 tbsp garam masala powder(punjabi)/ optinal
2 tbsp corn flour
salt to taste
Directions
Take a bowl put a chiken pecies add vinegar, ginger garlic paste,salt, turmeric powder,capsicum paste, soya sause, chili sause, garam masala powder, aajinomoto(MSG), corn flour mix well & merinate for 2 hours.
remove only chiken pieces from the merinate & dip fry & keep a side.
heat oil in a pan add chppped onions then till brown add green chilies chopped, tomatoes chopped fry them for a 1 min then add remaining gravy from the merinate.
last add the fried chiken pieces , salt & cook for 5 minute.
