Sweet made from rose petals

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 50 g red rose petals
    • 2 tbsp ghee
    • 200 g khoya (wihout sweetness)
    • 75 gm crush sugar
    • 10  cashew nuts


    1. First take apan add ghee, add khoya rosted in slow flame.
    2. then add rose leaves, sugar.
    3. Mix properlly. shake 5-10 minutes.
    4. Then take in to grees tray & press them softly.
    5. Garnish with cashew nuts.
    6. At last cool tem cut in to square pieces.




    Sweet with sweet fragrance! wow.... this could be valentine recipe...
