Grilled Chicken Breasts

not spicy but relishing.

Its not spicy but this light marination will give the chicken a tangy essence of citrus and relishing flavour of garlic.

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings

    • 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and halved.
    • 2/3 cups vegetable oil
    • 1/3 cups lime juice
    • 2 tbsp chopped green chilies
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped


    1. Prepare grill.
    2. In a 9 inch square baking pan, stir together all marinade ingredients.
    3. Add the chicken.
    4. Marinade for at least 45 minutes in the refrigerator.
    5. Remove chicken from marinade and drain. Grill chicken over hot coals 7 minutes.
    6. Continue grilling until fork tender (6-8 minutes).
    7. Garnish each piece of chicken with grated Cheddar cheese and grill until cheese begins to melt.
    8. Serve with salsa or sauces  or chutney of your choice.
