Chicken soup with a difference ,simple,easy and healthy.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 2 servings
2 pieces of chicken (thighs).
1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
1 small onion (sliced).
2 tbsp of coriander leaves.
pepper to taste.
1 small tomato (peeled)
1/2 tsp butter(optional).
salt.
1 tsp jeera.
Directions
Boil chicken with 4 cups of water ,ginger garlic paste,salt tomato and onions till chicken tender.but water not dried up.(At least 2 cups of soup should be there)
Debone chicken ,put in grinder with coriander and grind it .
Heat butter, add jeera ,when it splutters add pepper and blended soup.(weight watchers can omit butter ,heat the pan add pepper and blended soup).
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 2 mins.
Check salt and serve hot with rolls.
If you want thick soup then mix 1 tsp of corn flour with water and add to soup.
