Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    For Chilla

    • 1 cup besan
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 2 chopped green chilli
    • salt according to taste
    • oil

    For gravy

    • 1/2 tsp jeera
    • 2 tsp garlic onion paste
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp corriender powder
    • 2 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1 chopped tomato
    • 1/2 spoon garam masala
    • 1 spoon besan
    • green corriender leaves for garnishing
    • salt to taste


    For chilla

    1. take a bowl and mix all the ingredients with water.
    2. Put 1 spoon oil in the pan.Now put spoonful mixture of the chilla in the pan n cook it.
    3. when it cooked half turn it and let it cooked 1 minute.
    4. now roll the chilla with the help of spoon n divide it in 4 part. now cooked it from both sides
    5. make all chilla with this method

    For gravy

    1. put oil in the pan.whem it heat put jeera in it.
    2. now put garlic onion paste and chopped tomato in it
    3. after 5 minutes add turmeric,corriender and chilli powder in it
    4. fry it for 2 minutes and now add salt and garam masala in it
    5. mix the besan with water and add it in the gravy and now mix 2 cup water in it and let it boil
    6. after 5 minutes mix the chilla in it and garnish with corriender leaves
    7. and now serve it with roti or paratha.
