A simple sidedish for beginners

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

  • 1 no. Onion
  • 1 no. Tomato
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsps. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsps. Tomato Sauce
  • 4 nos. Bell pepper, green, yellow, orange, red

Directions

  1. Slice all the veggies into thin strips. Heat some oil in a pan and add the garlic slices first.
  2. Then add the onion slices and cook till they become translucent.
  3. Add the peppers last.
  4. When the peppers are almost done, add the soy sauce and ketchup and mix well.
  5. That's it, enjoy...!
