Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 Banana’s
    • 2 Glass milk
    • 4 tsp Sugar
    • Few ice cubes

    Directions

    1. Take a jug cut bananas, milk and sugar.
    2. Blend all together when banana is properly mashed add ice cubes and blend again.
    3. Pour in glass and serve chilled.
    4. For flavor you can add rose water.
