Paneer rolls

an easy anytime snack

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 200g paneer grated
    • 4 bread slices
    • 2 boiled potatoes
    • 2 tbs cornflour
    • 1 tbs kasuri methi
    • 1 small onion
    • 2 tbs grated carrot
    • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
    • 1 tsp green chillies chopped
    • 1 tbs chopped coriander
    • 1/2 tsp chat masala
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    • mix together boiled , mashed potatoes, paneer, dry spices.
    • add bread slices dipped in water and squeezed.
    • add carrot ,chillies,coriander,finely chopped onion,cornflour,kasuri methi,salt.
    • take small portion  and shape  into  rolls .
    • deep fry in hot oil till light brown.
    • serve with mint chutney.
