1/2 kg Rice (wash the rice leave to saok for 15 minutes then drain) 2-3 patotoes cut into large pieces.
4-5 green chillies
1 large chopped onion or 2 medium size onions( its depend on size)
5-6 mint leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
3-4 curry leaves
1 1/2 tsp garlice paste
1 inches ginger in julliun cutting
bay leaf
4-5 cloves
6-7 black corn
1 1/2 inch cinnamon
1 black cardamom
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt as req
2 tomotoes pill and cut into small pieces
half cup oil
Directions
Heat oil in a kadai, fry patotoes after lil bit frying add whole spices(sabut garam masalay),ginger, onions,mint leaves,curry leaves,fenugreek seeds,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,ginger paste and chillie powder now fry it very well.
fry it for awhile now add tomotoes again fry this masala if u feel that masala is burning then can add lil bit water.
when all spices will be mixed up with tomotoes then add soke rice and fry it just for 2-3 minutes now add water and green chillies.
now add this rice in the tomato mixture and cook it just for 2-3 minutes now add water and salt.
now give the dum to tahiri and before ready sprinkle few mint and coriander leaves.
