These are very delicious and healthy indian pan cakes specially for fussy kids.These can be made with left over dosa mixture.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup of dosa batter.
    • 1 cup of green mung dal(soaked and ground with skin).
    • 1/2 cup of raagi flour.
    • few curry leaves (chopped)
    • 1 medium onion (chopped)
    • 1 inch piece of ginger(chopped)
    • 2-3 green chillies(chopped)  
    • salt according to your taste
    • chopped green coriander (optional)
    • oil for shallow frying the cheelas(pudas)

    Directions

    1. Mix all the ingredients properly in a bowl with the help of water.consistency should be of dosa batter.
    2. heat the girdle and spread the mix.If you want,make them little thick.
    3. turn and put oil until golden brown from both the sides.
    4. serve as a tea time snack with the chutney of your choice.
