Masoor meat pulao

easy pulao is ready.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 6 tbsp oil
    • 2 tsp cumin seeds
    • 4 onion sliced
    • 2 potatoes, cut in to big cubes
    • 1 1/2 cup masoor, soak for 2 hours
    • 3 cup long grain rice
    • 3 cup water
    • 1 kg meat
    • 2 cup curd
    • 12 green chillies
    • 2 cinnamon
    • 2 bay leaves
    • 4 black paper
    • 3 cloves
    • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
    • 2 tbsp coriander powder
    • salt as to taste
    • 1/2 cup birasta (fried onions)

    Directions

    1. Take a pressure cooker add oil,cumin seeds,cinemone, cloves,black paper,bay leaves,sliced onions suate for 2 min when onions appear brown in colour add ginger garlic paste
    2. Add meat pieces, masoor mix well add green chillies,coriander powder,potatoes mix them.
    3. Add curd, rice and water
    4. At last add salt and garam masala powder.
    5. Ring 4-5 whistle, after whisteling take out pulao in serving dish.
    6. Garnish with birast and coriander leaves.
    7. Serve with buttermilk.
