A very eatable dish for iftari.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    FOR VADA:

    • 250 gm moong ki daal (green gram daal)
    • 1/4 tsp carom seeds
    • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    • salt as req
    • water ae req
    FOR DAHI:
    • 500 gm yogurt
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 7-8 red whole chillies
    • chaat masala as req
    • 3 tbsp sugar(optinal)
    • 1/2 cup of water

    Directions

    1. Soak daal for 1 hour and grind it with salt, carom and cumin seeds.
    2. Now fry them and soak in water for sometime.( u can add 2 tsp suger and 1/4 salt in the water).
    3. Lay them in a dish .Keep it aside.
    4. Beat the yogurt and add salt and sugar and keep aside for 15 minutes so that all sugar can dissolves.
    5. Roast the cumin seeds and whole red chillies until it turns into black color and grind it in a powder.foam.
    6. Add all Vadas in the yogurt and sprinkle chaat masala and roasted powder.
