Rava dosa

easy and simple dish

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 1 cup rava[suji]
    • 1/4 cup curd
    • 1 finely chopped onion
    • 1 chopped tomato
    • 1 tbs chopped coriander leaves
    • 1 tsp chopped green chilly
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Mix rava and suji in a bowl to make a smooth batter. you can add some water also. leave it for half an hour
    2. add onion,tomato,coriender leaves,chilly and salt
    3. put a non stick tava on flame
    4. pour two tablespoon batter on it and spread nicely
    5. after one minute,turn it on the other side
    6. when it turns golden brown remove it from the flame
    7. serve it with tomato sauce and chilly sauce
    8. you can add more vegetables like-spinich,cabbage,mint leaves,as per your taste

    tasty dish,but there is one mistake in first line Suji & rava both are same thing.
