Makhni Sabziyan

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 120 gm corn
    • 120 gm white beans
    • 120 gm green beans
    • 3 tbsp butter
    • salt to taste
    • black pepper powder to taste
    • 2 tbsp chopped parsley


    1. Boil a water in a sauce pan and add beans and corn, when it tender then strain it and let them dry.
    2. Take another pan and melt the butter now add vegetables and cook it with low flame for few minutes.
    3. Add salt and blk pepper and mix it very well.
    4. Sprinkle pasrley and serve it.
