a good rice dish ideal to make during pooja days....as it doesnt contain onion or garlic.the highlight of this rice lies in the blend of sesame,methi and peanuts.

hing is always added at the end before turning off to retain it's smell
when to add hing, let me know!
add 1 tsp of black pepper to the whole spice ingredients while roasting and then grind
