Malai Methi Mutter

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

  • 1 cup Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 2 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 nos. Cashews
  • 1 tsp All spice powder

Cream 2tbsp khova 2 tsp.


  1. Cut methi leaves after properly washed.keep them aside.
  2. Blanch peas, keep them aside.
  3. Heat oil put jeera little of haldi,add methi leaves and fry for some time till it dries up .
  4. Then add ginger-garlic paste add mutter,salt to taste green chillies ground put little of milk and khova stir it
  5. Serve hot with fried cashews on top
