Ingredients
vegetarian
2 servings
8 potatoes
1/4 gms hari mirchi paste
2 onions finely chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt according to taste
coriander leaves chopped
3 hari mirchi chopped
Directions
Cut the potatoes in pieces and boil them.
In a pan fry the onions till light golden brown add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,hari mirchi paste. cook for 5 minutes
Add the boiled potatoes in the mixture cook for 2 mins then add chopped coriander leaves and hari mirchi cover the pan for 3 mins.
Serve hot with chapatis.
