dhaniya pudina chutney

this is a wonderful chutney could be combined wth all type of snacks pakodas even chicken tikkas kebabs n many mor dishes enhancing the taste.stems of dhaniya also could be utilized along wth leaves.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 bunch fresh hara dhaniya (corriander)
    • 1 bunch fresh pudina leaves (mint leaves)
    • 2-3 green chillies
    • 1lemon juice
    • salt to taste


    1. thoroughly wash dhaniya n pudina leaves in cold tap water n chop them
    2. add all the ingredients in a mixture n finally grind them making a smooth paste. if necessary add water.
    3. deliciously chutney is ready 2 eat wth any snack.



    they turn black in just a few days.
